Four young Antiguans selected for the CHOGM Youth Correspondence programme have expressed their enthusiasm and readiness to take on their new roles, according to Antigua Observer.

The youth representatives made a joint appearance on State Media, where they outlined their individual plans and visions for how they intend to use the platform during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

Among those speaking was Lutrell John, who said he plans to go beyond simply reporting on CHOGM-related developments. John indicated his intention to use the platform to share broader knowledge with his audience, suggesting an ambition to deliver content that extends well past the scope of the summit itself.

As reported by Antigua Observer, all four correspondents conveyed a strong sense of purpose and delight at having been chosen for the programme, signalling that they view the opportunity as a meaningful avenue for youth engagement and communication on an international stage.
