According to Antigua News Room, Li delivered the congratulatory message on Thursday, reflecting on the 43-year diplomatic relationship between China and Antigua and Barbuda. In his message, the Chinese premier noted that the two nations have maintained sound and steady growth in bilateral relations over that period, with fruitful outcomes achieved through practical cooperation across a range of fields.

Li expressed his readiness to work alongside Prime Minister Browne to further strengthen mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation between the two countries. He said he aims to advance bilateral relations to higher levels and deliver greater benefits to the peoples of both nations.
