Gaston Alfonso Browne has been sworn in for a historic fourth consecutive term as Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, a milestone no other leader in the nation's history has achieved.

According to Antigua News Room, the swearing-in ceremony took place at Government House, where Governor General Sir Rodney Will presided over the occasion and acknowledged its significance.

"The people have spoken with a thunderous voice," Sir Rodney said, underscoring the weight of the moment.

Browne took the oaths of office, allegiance, and secrecy before signing the register. He retained his previous ministerial portfolio, which covers Finance, Corporate Governance, and Public-Private Partnerships.

Attorney General Sir Steadroy "Cutie" Benjamin was also sworn in during the ceremony.
