ABLP candidate Kiz Johnson has captured the St. Philip's South constituency, defeating United Progressive Party (UPP) challenger Sherfield Bowen in Thursday's General Elections, according to Antigua News Room.
The result represents a significant gain for the governing Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party, flipping a constituency that had previously been outside its column.
