Dr. Philmore Benjamin of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has won the St. Mary's North constituency, according to Antigua News Room.
With 75 percent of votes counted, Benjamin secured 1,384 votes against United Progressive Party (UPP) candidate Johnathan Joseph, who received 988 votes. A total of 17 ballots were rejected.
The constituency recorded a voter turnout of 2,389 persons, representing 44.68 percent of the 5,347 registered electors.
