Anthony Smith Jr. of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has won the All Saints West constituency, according to Antigua News Room, defeating United Progressive Party candidate Harold Lovell with 80 percent of ballots counted.
Smith Jr. secured 1,590 votes compared to Lovell's 1,282, bringing All Saints West into the ABLP column. The constituency has 5,351 registered electors. Twenty-four ballots were rejected during the count.
