The United Progressive Party's (UPP) candidate for St. John's City South has laid out an ambitious development agenda for the constituency, unveiling a structured plan at a town hall meeting held last Sunday.
According to Antigua Observer, Adrian Williams presented what he calls a "Ten-Key-Development Plan" during the gathering, targeting economic pressures, improved public services, and expanded opportunities for residents in the constituency.
Williams said the plan is designed to directly respond to the needs and concerns of St. John's City South constituents, addressing challenges that residents have raised as priorities ahead of the upcoming electoral cycle.
The town hall format allowed Williams to present his vision directly to community members, outlining the ten pillars of the plan and how each is intended to deliver tangible benefits to the area.
