The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has arrested and charged a 32-year-old Grays Farm resident in connection with a shooting along Queen Elizabeth Highway.
Coteen Francis faces four charges: Shooting with Intent to Murder, Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
The charges stem from an incident that took place along Queen Elizabeth Highway shortly after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 26. Francis is expected to appear before the court at the next available sitting.
