An ambulance has been delivered to the Glanvilles Polyclinic to bolster emergency medical response in St. Philip's North, according to Antigua News Room.

Randy Baltimore, the ABLP candidate for St. Philip's North, announced the development in a social media post on Tuesday, describing it as "a major step forward for healthcare in St. Philip's North." He noted that the addition would strengthen community access to critical care.

Baltimore said the ambulance would improve response times and provide faster assistance during medical emergencies.

"This is what progress looks like, building systems that protect lives and support our people when it matters most," Baltimore said.

The announcement comes as candidates continue campaigning ahead of the April 30 general election, with healthcare emerging as one of the key issues on the campaign trail.
