Thousands of Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party supporters packed the Rising Sun Grounds on Saturday night for the ABLP's Red and Reddy Concert, delivering a major show of political energy just days before the country heads to the polls on April 30.

According to Antigua.news, the grounds were transformed into a sea of red as supporters gathered for the free event, which blended political momentum with live entertainment in the final stretch of the campaign season.

The concert featured an impressive lineup of regional and local performers, including Masicka, Sizzla, Burning Flames, Destra Garcia, Asa Bantan, Claudette Peters and Tian Winter. Supporters waved flags, danced and sang well into the night as the event doubled as both a celebration and a political rally, reinforcing the ruling party's push heading into election week.

The Saturday night concert precedes what the ABLP is billing as a massive "megacade" — a large motorcade with drivers from across the island expected to participate in a final show of support for the party. Organizers have anticipated a strong turnout as supporters travel around Antigua in the closing days before voters cast their ballots.

The weekend's activities form part of a broader campaign drive by the ABLP as political activity reaches its peak, with parties on both sides making their final appeals to the electorate ahead of the general election.
