A 27-year-old Villa resident has pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm after police found a pistol concealed beneath his home during an early morning search earlier this month, according to Antigua Observer.
Datwan Simon, a butcher by trade, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Monday and admitted to possessing a black and silver Colt 1911 9mm pistol without lawful authority.
