Danley Phillip, Chairman of the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), confirmed that the most recent fire occurred in a separate section of the landfill, one that poses particular challenges in terms of access. "Yeah, this is a separate area," Phillip stated, as reported by Antigua Observer.
