A man is recovering at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre after suffering a gunshot wound during a late-night incident in Grays Farm on Sunday, according to Antigua.news.
The shooting occurred at approximately 10:35 p.m. along #3 George Street in the Green Bay area. Officers from the Grays Farm Police Station responded to reports of gunfire and, upon arrival, found that a male resident of Golden Grove had been shot.
The victim was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he is receiving treatment for a gunshot wound to the lower back. Medical officials describe his condition as stable but serious.
