Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party candidate for St. Philip's North, Randy Baltimore, has categorically rejected a flyer circulating on social media as false and misleading. The flyer advertises a candidates' debate scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Glanvilles Polyclinic.
Baltimore stated he has not agreed to participate in any such debate, nor has he received confirmation from any organising body regarding the event. Neither his campaign team nor the ABLP received any official communication about the purported forum.
Further raising doubts about the flyer's authenticity, relevant personnel at the Glanvilles Polyclinic confirmed they are unaware of any event scheduled on the premises for the stated date and time.
Baltimore's team says the flyer appears designed to sow misinformation and political confusion within the constituency. The candidate is calling on those responsible to immediately cease what he described as deceptive tactics intended to mislead the public and stir political discord.
The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party reaffirmed its commitment to engaging voters honestly and respectfully, with a platform centred on development, stability, and national advancement.
