Antiguan attorney Kelton Mich Dalso has been formally called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, St. Lucia Circuit, in Castries on 14 April 2026. According to Antigua News Room, the milestone qualifies Mr. Dalso to practise law across the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) under the revised Treaty of Chaguaramas, which established the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) — an agreement to which Antigua and Barbuda is a signatory.

Mr. Dalso's legal journey spans both sides of the Atlantic. As reported by Antigua News Room, The Times (United Kingdom) noted his earlier call to the Bar in England and Wales, which took place at the Michaelmas Call and reception at Gray's Inn, London — a ceremony that was published in the newspaper's 28 November 2025 edition.

He holds an LLB (Hons), which he obtained in August 2020, and subsequently completed the Bar Training Course at the University of the West of England (UWE), graduating with merit.

Beyond his courtroom qualifications, Mr. Dalso is also a certified mediator, arbitrator, and advanced negotiator — a combination of credentials that positions him for a broad range of legal and dispute resolution work throughout the region.

His wife and two of his sons were present to witness the ceremony in Castries.
