Local educators and parents gathered recently for a day of professional development and exchange focused on inclusive classroom practices. According to Antigua Observer, The Early Years hosted its fifth annual seminar, themed "Supporting Diverse Learners: Practical Strategies for Inclusive Classrooms," marking another milestone for the organisation.
The event was led by founder and CEO Priscilla Joseph, who has built The Early Years into a recognised platform for advancing early childhood education in Antigua and Barbuda. The seminar brought together professionals and caregivers united by a shared commitment to moving beyond traditional, uniform approaches to teaching.
