United Progressive Party (UPP) Leader Jamal Pringle has been officially nominated as his party's candidate for the All Saints East and St Luke constituency ahead of the upcoming general election.

According to Antigua.news, Pringle spoke with reporters following his nomination, expressing strong confidence in his prospects for re-election. He described the constituency as a longstanding UPP stronghold and said he remains optimistic about securing another term at the polls.

Pringle will face a challenge from Lamin Newton, the candidate put forward by the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), in what is shaping up to be a closely watched contest in the constituency.
