Her work in infrastructure has been extensive. The ongoing redevelopment of All Saints Road represents one of the most ambitious road projects in recent memory — a major investment intended to transform a critical national corridor. Beyond that flagship project, works have also progressed across Cassada Gardens, Potters, Piccadilly, Lightfoot, Seatons, and Newfield, extending her impact well beyond the boundaries of her own constituency.
Minister Browne has also prioritised essential services. Recognising that meaningful infrastructure extends beyond roads, she oversaw the installation of water lines in the Cedar Valley area, an investment that addresses both present needs and long-term community resilience.
At the community level, her initiatives have created tangible social value. The establishment of an outdoor gym and playground in St. Johnson's Village has provided a safe recreational environment for children and families. The upgraded multi-use facility at the Cassada Gardens Triangle has similarly strengthened community cohesion, offering a shared space for collective activity and engagement.

Minister Browne has awarded more than 100 scholarships to young Antiguans and Barbudans, providing access to higher education and career opportunities.
