According to Antigua Observer, the MAAB executive moved to address the reports directly, emphasising that the claims of internal discord do not reflect the association's official position and have not been substantiated through any formal process.
The association's leadership acknowledged the fire — which affected a number of physicians and their facilities — as a significant concern, calling on members to redirect their focus toward supporting those impacted rather than engaging with narratives of division.
