A candlelight vigil walk has been organised for later this month to honour the memory of Brianna Clarke, an 18-year-old who was fatally shot last month. According to Antigua.news, the tribute is scheduled for April 23rd at 7:00 pm and will wind through the streets of Villa.

Clarke was shot and killed on the night of March 26th in an incident that shocked both the immediate neighbourhood and the wider public. Omarie Lewis, 17, also died in the same shooting.

The procession will begin at Baker Corner and move along Back Street, turning left onto Byrons Street and left again onto Hand Street — the street both victims called home — where those gathered will pause for a moment of prayer. The walk will then continue onto Amy Byers Street, right onto Central Street, left onto Blackburn South, before concluding at Paradise Cove.

Clarke, who is being remembered by loved ones as "Forever 18," was just beginning her adult life at the time of her death.
