A candlelight vigil and community walkthrough is being organised in memory of 18-year-old Brianna O. N. Clarke, one of two people killed in a recent fatal shooting that has left residents in mourning. According to Antigua News Room, the event is being held to honour Clarke and the other victim as calls for justice continue.
The vigil is scheduled for April 23, 2026, at 7 p.m. Participants are set to assemble at Baker Corner before proceeding along a planned route through Back Street, Byers Street, and Central Street, concluding at Paradise Cove.
Organisers say the walkthrough will include a dedicated stop for prayer, providing family members, friends, and members of the public an opportunity to reflect and pay tribute to both victims of the shooting.
The event comes amid ongoing calls for justice in the wake of the double shooting, which claimed Clarke's life along with that of another individual. Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the incident.
