The Antigua and Barbuda Public Service Association (ABPSA) opened its annual general conference at the Villa Polyclinic, gathering members under the theme "Stronger Together: Building Resilient Workers, Building a Resilient Public Service."
According to Antigua Observer, ABPSA President Joan Peters delivered a keynote address in which she stressed that true leadership is defined by purpose and presence, not by titles.
The conference brings together public service workers from across Antigua and Barbuda to address issues affecting the sector and chart a collective path forward.
