The Ministry of Works has advised the public that major infrastructure rehabilitation works will resume along All Saints Road (ASR), spanning the stretch from Townhouse Megastore to FADI Building Supplies.

Two road blockages will be in effect during the works. The first is located at the junction of All Saints Road and Bendals, at the stoplight by Townhouse Megastore, affecting westbound to eastbound traffic. The second blockage is positioned approaching the immediate right-hand turn into Briggins, just after the John I Martin Racetrack, affecting eastbound to westbound traffic.

To facilitate the works, a detour will be implemented in the vicinity of Briggins, beginning at the immediate right turn after the John I Martin Racetrack for eastbound to westbound traffic. The detour will be in effect from 6:30 pm on Wednesday, 8th April 2026, until 7:00 am the following morning.

Flag persons will be deployed at the site, and motorists are urged to follow all instructions. Heavy-duty equipment will be operating in the area, and cautious driving is essential.

All businesses along the corridor will remain open during the works. Stakeholders and commuters are asked to adjust their travel plans accordingly to allow for potential delays.

The works form part of the broader All Saints Road Project being carried out by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Members of the public with queries may contact the Project Implementation Management Unit at 562-9173.
