An elderly man is in stable condition after being struck by a vehicle in the early hours of Sunday morning near the Landing Strip Bar and Restaurant, according to Antigua News Room.
Emergency Medical Services transported the man, believed to be approximately 65 years old, to hospital following the incident. He sustained a cut to his forehead along with bruising to his arms and elbow.
Police have confirmed the incident is not being treated as a hit-and-run. Authorities say the circumstances surrounding the collision remain under active investigation.
