The Antiguan Senate gained a new member yesterday as Alex Browne was officially sworn in during a sitting of the Upper House.
According to Antigua Observer, Browne took the oath of allegiance before the President of the Senate, pledging his commitment to the state and its constitution.
"I, Alex Browne, swear by almighty God that I will faithfully pay true…" Browne declared during the ceremony, affirming his dedication to his new role as Senator.
