The General Post Office has announced it will discontinue its Saturday and Sunday operations following the Easter holiday period, marking the end of the current weekend service cycle.
According to Antigua Observer, Postmaster Algernon Gomes confirmed that the most recent weekend represented the final period of Saturday and Sunday service for this cycle. Gomes informed Observer media that the discontinuation will take effect after the upcoming Easter celebrations.
