The Ministry of Works has advised the public that major infrastructure rehabilitation works will be carried out along All Saints Road (ASR), between Townhouse Megastore and FADI Building Supplies.
Two road blockages will be in effect during the works. The first is located at the junction of All Saints Road and Bendals, at the stoplight by Townhouse Megastore, affecting westbound to eastbound traffic. The second blockage is on the approach to the immediate right-hand turn into Briggins, just after John I Martin Racetrack, affecting eastbound to westbound traffic.
To facilitate the works, a detour will be in place in the Briggins vicinity, beginning at the immediate right turn after John I Martin Racetrack for eastbound to westbound traffic. The detour takes effect from 7:00 pm on Monday, March 30, 2026, and will remain in place until 7:00 am the following morning.
Flag persons will be on site, and motorists are urged to follow all instructions. Heavy-duty equipment will be operating in the area, and caution is advised. All businesses in the area will remain open during the works.
The rehabilitation forms part of the broader All Saints Road Project being undertaken by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Stakeholders are asked to adjust their travel plans and allow for possible delays.
