A firearms and ammunition case against an All Saints resident has been adjourned to June 3, 2026, following an appearance before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel. According to Antigua Observer, the accused, Xavier Alexis Davis, faced the charges during proceedings held yesterday.
Davis faces multiple charges, including possession of a 9mm Canik Mete MC9 pistol, a Glock 43X 9mm pistol, a 30-round magazine, a 12-round magazine, and 93 rounds of ammunition.
The case will return before Chief Magistrate Emanuel when the matter is next heard on June 3, 2026.
