The Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission is urging aspiring contestants to act quickly, as the registration deadline for the Queen of Carnival 2026 competition is fast approaching. According to Antigua News Room, all registration forms must be submitted no later than Friday, March 20, 2026.

Prospective contestants who have already collected their registration forms are strongly encouraged to return completed applications as soon as possible.

Forms can be collected and submitted in person at the National Festivals Office, located on the 1st Floor of the Cecil George-John Building at the corner of Corn Alley and Redcliffe Street in St. John's. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Queen of Carnival competition stands as one of the most distinguished and highly anticipated events of Antigua Carnival, celebrating intelligence, talent, poise, and cultural pride among young women across the nation.

The Commission is encouraging young women throughout Antigua and Barbuda to seize the opportunity and embark on what it describes as an empowering and transformative journey as part of Antigua Carnival 2026, themed Rhythm of Pageantry.
