The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has formally identified the victim of a fatal stabbing at Lion's Estate in New Field as 38-year-old Daniel Lewis of Glanvilles.
Preliminary investigations indicate the incident occurred during the early hours of Monday, 16 March 2026. Lewis reportedly entered the home of a resident in the New Field area, where a confrontation ensued.
During the altercation, Lewis sustained a wound to the lower part of his body. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, but he was pronounced dead at approximately 8:38 a.m.
Police investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident remain ongoing.
