Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) Chairman E.P. Chet Greene has extended congratulations to Randy Baltimore following his election as the new Member of Parliament for St. Philip North in Monday's by-election. According to Antigua News Room, Greene issued the message on behalf of Political Leader Gaston Browne, party officers, and members.

"We extend our sincerest congratulations on your election today as the new Parliamentary Representative for the St. Phillip's North Constituency," Greene said in the statement.

Greene characterised the result as a decisive victory, crediting Baltimore's focused 21-day campaign, which centred on development issues affecting both the constituency and the broader nation. He noted that the outcome reflects the trust voters have placed in Baltimore to carry forward the legacy of longtime MP Sir Robin Yearwood.

"It is a proud moment for our party to welcome such a dedicated representative into its ranks. Welcome to the world of governance. We look forward to working alongside you as we continue to build a brighter future for Antigua and Barbuda," Greene added.
