Their Excellencies Governor General Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams recently conducted talks in London with a number of institutions and organisations, including the Royal Drawing School (RDS). According to Antigua News Room, discussions covered several key areas of collaboration between Antigua and Barbuda and the prestigious arts institution.

Among the topics discussed was this year's teaching residency, which will be expanded beyond its traditional scope. The programme, previously limited to primary, secondary, and tertiary school students, will now be extended to all citizens who are interested in and involved with various aspects of the visual arts.

The delegations also discussed potential exhibitions to be held during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), along with additional collaborative initiatives planned for the short to medium term.

Attending the talks were Fiona Fox, Partnerships Consultant at the Royal Drawing School; H.E. Sir Rodney Williams, Governor General; H.E. Lady Williams, President and Founder of the Holy Foundation; Harry Parker, Director of the RDS; and Phoebe Hatton, Artist Residencies and Alumni Manager at the RDS.
