Authorities have completed their investigation into the death of 18-year-old Khaleel Simon and referred the matter to the coroner's office for further review, according to Antigua News Room.

The update was provided at a recent police press briefing by Superintendent Lisbon Michael, head of the Criminal Investigations Department, who confirmed that investigators had concluded their work on the case.

The coroner's office will now conduct its own review as the next step in the official process of determining the circumstances surrounding the teenager's death.
