Makeup artist and entrepreneur Charity Henry is set to represent Antigua and Barbuda on the international stage, travelling to St. Maarten/St. Martin to compete in the BTA 8th Annual Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant 2026, scheduled for March 15th. According to Antigua.news, Henry brings both a distinguished personal background and a clear sense of purpose to the competition.
A proud mother of two daughters, Henry says her motivation extends well beyond the pursuit of a crown. She is driven by a desire to serve as a living example of strength, grace and determination for young girls everywhere — demonstrating that their potential is limitless and that excellence is within their reach.
Born and raised in Antigua, Henry's journey is one defined by early-recognised talent and steady growth. She served as Head Girl at All Saints Secondary School, where her leadership abilities and creative spirit distinguished her among her peers. She entered the beauty industry at just thirteen years old, launching what has grown into more than a decade of artistry, entrepreneurship and professional development.
Her ties to pageantry run deep. Henry earned the title of Miss Teenage 2017 representing All Saints Secondary School, and in 2022 was crowned Miss Labour Queen, representing Prime Minister the Honourable Gaston Browne and the St. John's City West constituency.
