A senior officer of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) testified in court that military uniforms are not available for public purchase, a revelation with significant implications for the ongoing murder trial of three men accused of killing senior Customs official Nigel Christian.
According to Antigua Observer, the officer told the court that the military-issue clothing allegedly worn during Christian's abduction could only have originated from within the Defence Force itself, as no member of the public has access to purchase such uniforms.
