The Medical Benefits Scheme has officially opened a new pharmacy at the Glanvilles Polyclinic, expanding access to essential medications for residents across Antigua's eastern corridor.
The Medical Benefits Pharmacy, which operates under the Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs, was formally commissioned during a dedicated opening ceremony.
The new facility marks a significant step in improving healthcare accessibility for communities in the eastern region of the island, bringing pharmaceutical services closer to residents who previously had to travel further afield to access their medications through the Scheme.
