A delegation from the Antigua and Barbuda College of Advanced Studies (ABCAS) has departed the country to participate in the Leeward Islands Debating Competition, hosted this year in St. Kitts and Nevis.
According to Antigua News Room, the 25-member delegation comprises student debaters and faculty representatives. The group is led by Dr. Najele Williams Buffonge.
The competition brings together debating teams from across the Leeward Islands region, providing students with the opportunity to sharpen their critical thinking, public speaking, and argumentation skills on a regional stage.
