According to Antigua News Room, Browne detailed his plans during an appearance on Observer Radio's programme Connecting with Dave Lester Payne, using the platform to lay out his vision for the constituency should voters choose him as their representative.
The six-point plan places healthcare, youth development, and infrastructure at the core of Browne's proposed agenda for St. Philip's North — areas that candidates across Antigua and Barbuda have frequently identified as priorities in recent electoral contests.
