ST. JOHN'S, Antigua and Barbuda — Police have seized a quantity of cannabis with an estimated street value of EC$78,000 following a joint drug interdiction operation at the V.C. Bird International Airport Cargo Shed, according to Antigua News Room.

The operation took place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, with officers making the discovery at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the airport's cargo facility.
