The Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda has approved an official funeral for former Member of Parliament and government minister Eustace "Teco" Lake, honouring his years of public service to the nation.
According to Antigua News Room, Lake passed away on February 20 following a period of illness. He represented the St. John's Rural South constituency in the House of Representatives and served as Minister of Public Works during his time in government.
The Cabinet's decision to grant Lake an official funeral reflects the recognition afforded by the state to those who have made significant contributions to Antigua and Barbuda through public life and service.
