A 38-year-old Jamaican national has been arrested following the seizure of approximately 60 pounds of cannabis at V.C. Bird International Airport (VCBIA), according to Antigua Observer. The drugs carry an estimated street value of $360,000.
The seizure was made on Sunday, March 1st, during a joint drug interdiction operation conducted by officers from the Narcotics Department, with support from the K-9 unit.
