Video footage allegedly showing the pickup truck of murdered senior Customs official Nigel Christian being followed by a silver car was presented before the High Court on Monday, as the trial of three men accused of his killing entered its eighth day.
According to Antigua Observer, the footage was played before Justice Rajiv Persaud and was extracted from surveillance cameras in the area. The video purportedly captures Christian's truck being tailed by the silver vehicle, forming part of the prosecution's case against the three accused.
The proceedings mark a significant stage in a high-profile murder case that has drawn considerable public attention, given Christian's prominent position as a senior official within the Antigua and Barbuda Customs and Excise Division.
