In further preparation for the Expired Voter’s ID Card Replacement Programme, there will be changes in the location of five Registration Units.
The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, in anticipation of the influx of persons who will be coming forward to replace their cards, wishes to announce the following relocations:
St. Mary’s North – Moravian Conference Centre, Cashew Hill
St. Mary’s South- Turner’s Apartments, Bolans
All Saints East & St. Luke – Roman Catholic Church Hall, Roman Hill
St. Peter – Precision Centre, Paynters
St. Philip North – Glanvilles Community Centre
Remedial work is taking place at the locations and further communication will be issued once the offices are fully functional.
Meanwhile, staff at the Headquarters, Registration Officers and Registration Clerks recently participated in a customer service and delivery-oriented workshop, a refresher training ahead of the August 12th initiative.
The session’s main facilitator was Mrs. Orena Charles, a customer service expert who presented on the subject “Crafting Positive Customer Experiences one ID at a time”.
