On April 1st, five luxury cruise ships brought over 10,000 visitors to St. John’s Harbour.
Four vessels, including Seven Seas Grandeur, Regal Princess, Emerald Princess, and Celebrity Silhouette, arrived at St John’s Harbour, while Emerald Azzurra docked at Falmouth Harbour.
Nevis Street Pier, Heritage Quay, and the 5th Berth welcomed two cruise ships each, boosting business for tourism-related services. In total, 10,820 passengers were aboard the five ships.
Today, Marina and Norwegian Viva are expected to dock, with 27 cruise ship calls in April and nine in May, signaling the end of the cruise season.
Antigua Cruise Port’s Operations Manager anticipates a busier summer season, although the full schedule is not finalized yet.
